"You have to be very careful when dealing with these people because you will find yourself managed, rather than having the benefit of your needs understood & taken into account. The conditions are spelt out, but in small print which means you really have to read it carefully. The actual move was very well done however, but I am still battling with them to have the furniture delivered, it is their needs, not mine that count. They are expensive & not willing to negotiate."
